
Sports pole is a class focused on a strength based calisthenics approach to pole dancing tricks.
This all levels class is built around trick progressions that guide students step by step from the most basic of moves to some of the most advanced tricks possible with accessible steps in difficulty along the way.
Topics include climbs, inverts, handstands, flips, handsprings, and more. Come to class and level up your calisthenics strength while we learn some impressive pole tricks along the way!
Brenna B. comes from Connecticut and has been training in pole dancing studios from South Korea, to South Carolina, to the SeaTac area, giving her a unique approach to the sport.
With a background in gymnastics, she’s dedicated to exploring the strength based side of what pole has to offer, and her integrated approach to coaching ensures that students always have the feedback they need in order to progress.
