Plunge Tub Bookings

Tub Bookings are available to castle members only.

Always check availability before filling a tub.

One person per tub at all times.

Bookings are for one person only and limited to one hour sessions.

Tubs must be filled at the beginning of each session.

Tubs must be drained entirely, adequately cleaned using the supplies provided, and covered

before the end of each session.

We recommend and encourage members to clean the tub prior to filling with water.

Other Rules:

-Appropriate clothing is required at all times.

-Use of Tubs while under the influence of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited.

-Do not use a tub if you have an open wound of any size, rash, fever, are sick or pregnant.

-Bath bombs, soaps/shampoos, oils, or any personal beauty products are NOT allowed in the Tubs.

-Please take the time to read, and understand the health risks of contrast therapy prior to booking.
