Sports pole is a class focused on a strength based calisthenics approach to pole dancing tricks.

This all levels class is built around trick progressions that guide students step by step from the most basic of moves to some of the most advanced tricks possible with accessible steps in difficulty along the way.

Topics include climbs, inverts, handstands, flips, handsprings, and more. Come to class and level up your calisthenics strength while we learn some impressive pole tricks along the way!

Foundations of tricks

This class will focus on the building blocks of pole tricks for all levels. You will be introduced to foundational holds/poses, proper climbing techniques, as well static spins. We will work on conditioning towards inversions and building your strength, endurance, and confidence on the pole. 

Pole Fundamentals with SerenaPole Fundamentals with Serena

This beginner-friendly fundamentals class will introduce you to the core mechanics of pole dancing. It focuses on building strength, coordination and confidence to execute movements on the ground and aerially. Students will learn basic grips, climbs, floorwork and pirouettes, while conditioning their core and upper body for future progression. No prior dance experience is required.

 

 

 

Freestyle=Freedom with SerenaFreestyle=Freedom with Serena

Unlock the ability to freestyle using the environment and musicality to shape your movements. This class will help you build seamless transitions, body awareness and adaptability to exude confidence to execute movements and tricks. Students will learn to bridge the gap between pole sport and exotic/stripper style. Movements will be provided and adjustments will be made to accommodate all skill types. The goal is to execute movements safely while using dance to unlock creative potential.
