Foundations of tricks

This class will focus on the building blocks of pole tricks for all levels. You will be introduced to foundational holds/poses, proper climbing techniques, as well static spins. We will work on conditioning towards inversions and building your strength, endurance, and confidence on the pole. 

Reina had her first aerial class in 2021 where she became enamored with the movement arts. A year later she found her passion in pole dancing. Ascending any pole she finds, teaching others the magic of pole, and performing in local Seattle shows. She firmly believes the foundations are essential to smooth intentional movement on spin and static pole. She loves to share her passion with others and help people build the confidence that pole gave her.
